The purposes for which the Company acquires personal information are as follows:
1.Fulfillment of contracts and provision of information and services related to transactions such as the sale, lease, brokerage, and management of real estate.
2.Provision of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in item 1 above.
3.Fulfillment of contracts and provision of information and services related to products handled by the Company.
4.Sales activities, marketing activities (e.g., requests for surveys), and customer trend analysis or product development research through postal mail, telephone, email, etc., for the provision of products, information, and services outlined in items 1 and 3.
5.The provision of information and services will be discontinued upon the individual’s request.
4. Types of Information Collected and Retained
Examples of the main types of personal information held by the Company include:
1.Name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and gender.
2.Other information requested in application forms, contracts, surveys, campaigns, etc. (e.g., occupation, age, date of birth, family composition, workplace information, income and other financial details, survey responses, opinions, or information necessary for inquiries).
3.Information specified in transaction verification documents under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds.
Additionally, the Company collects real estate property information (e.g., location, structure, size, floor plan, fixtures, and ownership rights) and uses it after processing it, in principle, to ensure individuals cannot be identified.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

When necessary to protect human life, health, or property, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.

When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.

When a national or local government agency, or a party entrusted by such an agency, requires cooperation to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may hinder the execution of those duties.

6. Provision of Real Estate Property Information to Third Parties (Advertising)

Real estate property information used for advertising includes property type, location, price, transportation access, land and building area, floor plan, equipment, photos, maps, etc., and does not include individuals’ names.

Such information is provided directly through designated distribution systems, the internet, real estate magazines, flyers, or indirectly through other real estate companies (including cases where other companies advertise with the Company’s consent) to contracting parties or prospective buyers/tenants. Upon contract conclusion, the Company promptly reports transaction details (e.g., contract date, price) to advertising media operators to discontinue advertising.

Transaction information is aggregated, processed, or analyzed by designated distribution systems or private advertising media operators and used as reference material for price assessments in other transactions.

The Company manages personal information appropriately and cautiously, implementing necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, leakage, or other risks to personal information. -
