In particular, he specializes in providing end-to-end support for overseas investors, from the purchase of Japanese real estate to post-acquisition leasing, management, and long-term operation.
He also supports corporate clients employing foreign professionals, including corporate lease contracts and housing arrangements, as well as hands-on assistance after move-in and during ongoing operations.
